  • AR-PARTS.COM usually ships orders for in-stock items within 2 TO 3 Business days using UPS (our preferred shipping provider) or USPS Priority Mail. A shipping provider will be selected based upon the size, contents, and value of the product or products being shipped at the discretion of AR-PARTS.COM  All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Priority Mail.


    All shipments include a tracking number and insurance - a tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.  Depending on the value of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product.

    Customer service is a priority at AR-PARTS.COM.If you are not satisfied with your order we will do our best to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Because of the costs involved with returning products, it is always best to contact us with any questions you may have about our products before you place an order. 
    All products are new and covered under the Manufacturer's warranty.  Product defects must be handled by contacting the manufacturer directly.We at AR-PARTS.COM will do are best to help in resolving any warranty claims between you the Customer and the Manufacturer's.
    No returns will be accepted without prior approval from AR-PARTS.COM.Please contact us via email or phone in order to receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization).  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
    All returns must be made within 10 days of product delivery.No Returns will be accepted after 10 days.
    A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
    All returns must be new and in the original packaging.  All accessories, documentation, and registration cards must be included with the return.
    Shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable.
     
    Please use the original shipping box in which your order was shipped to make your return. A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging or on the original receipt that accompanied your order. Please do not ship back your return item in just the manufacturer’s box. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.If the WRONG product was shipped in our error, a UPS call tag will be issued to return the items.
    Upon receipt of the Returned products, we reserve the right to evaluate the return to determine if a Refund or Exchange will be made.
    REFUNDS: Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made. (I.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account.) Credit Card Refunds are subject to a 3% Return Fee.
